Moving Out of a Rental
- Lease requirement. Many Atlanta leases require professional carpet cleaning at move-out — we provide an invoice for your paperwork.
- Pet deposits. If a pet lived there, deal with the odor before the walkthrough, not after the deduction. Carpet cleaning plus odor treatment costs far less than a forfeited pet deposit.
- Timing. Book after the furniture is out, 1–2 days before the walkthrough. Empty rooms clean faster and dry faster.
Selling: Cleaning Before Photos and Showings
Buyers smell a house before they see it. A home where pets lived reads instantly at the front door — and the owners are usually the only people who can't smell it. Clean the soft surfaces (couch, carpet, curtains-adjacent rooms) 2–3 days before the photographer comes: everything dries, the cleaning smell airs out, and what's left is neutral.
